Rates, Terms, and Conditions:

Rates: For an adult to swim with the dolphins is NZ$150, to view only is NZ$110. For a child 12 years and under to swim with the dolphins is NZ$130, to view only is NZ$80. Prices are inclusive of G.S.T. and are subject to change.

Family or Group Discount: We offer a discount of 10% for a family of 4 or more. We may offer group discounts, please contact us for more information.

Refund Policy: The animals we encounter are wild; therefore we do not guarantee customers will see dolphins or whales on our tour. In this unfortunate event customers are entitled to a return voucher to the value of their purchase and valid for 6 months. These vouchers are non-refundable and not transferable for cash. 

Cancellation Policy: We kindly ask that our customers notify us of cancellation at least on the day prior to their booking date. We reserve the right to charge 50% if we are not notified of cancellation i.e. no show. This policy firmly applies to group bookings of 8 or more.

Deposits: For group bookings of 8 or more people we require a 50% deposit no later than 7 days prior to the confirmed booking date. Deposits are non-transferable or non-refundable 7 days prior to the confirmed booking date, except in the case of cancellations due to weather or river bar conditions.
